What happens when one partner becomes more religious (or less) over time?
This created way more tension than we expected. We realized a lot of assumptions had been quietly baked into our relationship and suddenly they didn’t line up anymore.
Respect mattered more than agreement for us, but it took a lot of uncomfortable conversations to even get there.
